Lucas County Human Trafficking Coalition
The Lucas County Human Trafficking Coalition was formed in January 2009 to respond to human trafficking. It is comprised of health, social service, law enforcement agencies, churches, citizens, and those that are or have been involved in the sex industry working together to develop appropriate
prevention strategies and intervention responses to victims of trafficking. The Coalition is divided into the following subcommittees:
- Protocols and Procedures
- Demand Side
- Education and Prevention
- Legislative
- Marketing and Communications
- International Victims
- Innocence Lost Task Force
Interested in learning more?
Meetings are held the third Wednesday of every month from 9:30 to 11:00 at
the United Way Building located at One Stranahan Square in downtown
Toledo.
