Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine Convenes New Human Trafficking Commission
Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today held the first meeting of the newly convened Human Trafficking Commission, which was formed as a means to continue the work started by the Trafficking in Persons Study Commission.
“The Study Commission helped identify many root causes of the problem in Ohio. The Human Trafficking Commission will use that information and take on the issue from a law enforcement perspective, raising public awareness and working to put traffickers behind bars,” said Attorney General DeWine.
